Numerical Analysis
Numerical analysis is a mathematical subject which deals with scientific computing, algorithm development and mathematical analysis of discretizations and iterative processes. We have strong relations to modelling, computer science and simulation technique.
In Lund numerical analysis is organizationally attached to mathematics (engineering science). There are employees from both the science and engineering faculty and all teaching is directed towards both faculties.
