This talk is about Cahn-Hilliard equation (CH) which is a 4^th order differential equation of reaction-diffusion type with a non-linear term. It is based on my Master’s thesis and focuses on the construction of a class of solutions which are periodic and the zero level set approaches a surface of constant mean curvature. In order to do that, we’ll use a version of Liapunov-Schmidt reduction method.
