Spring Semester 2026

he spring semester starts on Monday 19 January and will end on 7 June 2026.

Regarding admission

All courses given in the spring semester have been open for application during the period 15 September - 15 October 2025. The admission process consisted of two selection rounds. The first selection was completed on 10 December when all applicants received a notification of the preliminary admission results. Admitted applicants must answer to this notification no later than 15 December in order to keep the offered study or reserve place. The final notification of the admission results after the second selection round has been communicated on 18 December.

Certain courses have been reopened for late applications on antagning.se in January. Other courses that currently have no study places available, may be opened for late applications in March before the start of the second academic period. Late applicants and applicants placed on the waiting list will receive a notification regarding admission in close proximity to the start of the course.

Course information

The schedule for all courses in mathematics, mathematical statistics and numerical analysis will be published in the scheduling tool TimeEdit.

Websites for the spring semester courses will be available in the Canvas learning platform. Admitted students will automatically have access to the respective websites in Canvas.

Exchange Studies, Academic Year 2026/2027

If you are interested in going abroad on an exchange to another university in the next academic year, there will be an information meeting on the 13th of October from 14.30 to 16.00 in MH:332B.
